  The house sold for the initial asking price to the first person that looked at it, in less than a month.  I guess thats almost unheard of these days - God's hand was most certainly in it and he sent me you wonderful ladies to help me.

I just want to say THANK YOU to you and your crew for doing such a great job with our family sale. We had a lot of family dynamics to deal with and you did that with such compassion and patience. In fact, there were times when you were more empathetic than me! You and your crew are troopers.....you came into a huge mess, the result of 40+ years of "pack ratting" and you not only made sense of the madness but the sale was so much more successful than any of us dreamed. You and your crew are organized, professional, EFFICIENT, kind, capable....I could go on and on. From the first time we spoke I knew you were the one to handle our sale and you certainly didn't disappoint me. I kept telling my family members that you are the professional and we need to step back and let you do your job. I was right....you, Michael, Adam, Aunt Dot and everyone else who makes what you do possible, are just wonderful. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING WHAT WAS A VERY DIFFICULT TIME LESS SO! I just wanted to thank you again for taking care of our estate sale.  This was our second experience with an estate sale and I must tell you that the first one was a disaster. The person who held it had been an antique dealer for many years and had held estate sales in the area on a regular basis.

I thought they would do a good job. Unfortunately, they first held a private sale for their fellow dealers, and sold things at bargain basement prices.  They sold the better items and left me with a housefull of things that I had to sell on my own. Their efforts or I should say lack of effort cost me thousands of dollars.

The sale you did for me was just wonderful. You took a terrible situation and made it the very best it could be. I can't believe how much you sold and how much you earned for me and my family. Thank you so much for all you did.

A very special event happened this weekend.  Vivian Duplant and her estate sales (team) completed a very challenging (estate sale) at my mother's home.  Not only did they whistle while they worked, they giggled, laughed and exclaimed about the treasures they found.

Because of the manner in which they approached this old house, their customers were some of the most respectful and loving people I have ever met.  They came back over and over again to find one more treasure. 

I cannot thank them enough.  It made a difficult experience in my life, one that I will treasure forever.

Hi – I’m the one who bought the big yellow blanket box last week (well, it was for my teenage son!) and I wanted to let you know that he LOVES it.  He told all his friends about “negotiating” with you for it – LOL.  I’m trying to grow my own Estate Sale junkie………….. Pat

 

Vivian your sales are so much fun and so different from all the others that we see. Your work and skill is so obvious to everyone that comes to your sales. No one arranges things and decorates like your and your people do. And your prices are so good. I know that other sales we go to have been picked over before they open and sometimes it is so obvious that there are things added. Sometimes things that we saw at previous sales. It is nice to have know you all are so honest and work so hard to do things right way. I like it that you don't have a dealer day like other sales do so they can sell to their friends first. I can't wait for your next sale or the one after that. :-) Sherri

 

I go to every estate sale I can find every weekend and hardly ever miss one no matter who is having it. Yours are my favorites I know I can find things I can afford and unlike almost all of the others yours are fun. Everyone is laughing and talking. Your people are so nice and helpful. It is always fun. In line sometimes people tell about the other sales and where they are and whos they are. So many of them are just a waste of time no matter how their ads read like there is everything in the world there and there is nothing buy junk and it is too high. Sometimes they are so rude too like you are bothering them espeically if you try to ask for lower prices. I still go to all of them becuase you never know if you are going to find something but I always find good things at yours. Missy

I just wanted to email you folks and let you know that I attended both sales this weekend, they were my 2nd and 3rd estate sales to ever go to. Even though I did not purchase anything at the time (too late for the native american stuff from the Scotts sale) I had a great time. We look forward to attending more of your sales, your staff was professional and very helpful as well as knowledgable. Thank you for being so personable and welcoming. See you next time!

Vivian, we attended your estate sale on Saturday in Beaumont and I just wanted to tell you how much fun we had.  It was one of the best estate sales I have ever been to.  Not only was it full of goodies, you had it displayed better than a department store.  On top of that the atmosphere was so pleasant.  Your people are always so helpful and cheerful - that is so different from most of the other sales we have attended in this area.  You guys are just the best and I look forward every week to getting my email with news of your next sale.

I wish you would do 5 or 6 sales a week. I love your sales and I would love to go to one after another all Saturday long.

In coming to and buying from Estate Sales by Vivian I would like to say these are the nicest and have the fairest priced items around in our area.

When Vivian has a Estate sale I always head to her sale first as I know my money will be well spent and her prices are not out of sight.

I enjoy visiting with all her sales folks as you will be treated right and fairly.  They all are in a class by themselves and I feel like I have treated right and fair.

An estate Sale by Vivian, is an experience you will never forget as they are up all the items you have questions and if they do not know about it they will find out for you.
