Handling More Than One Sale:

We often handle more than one sale per week.  How can we do that and still give each sale the attention it deserves?  Actually with our staff, that is not only easy, it is part of our strength and what makes our sales so successful.

Typically, estate sales services are made up of one or two people who are often antique dealers that do estate sales on the side.  They usually have a few other part time "helpers" who do most of the basic work.  This small group rarely has much experience outside of operating a part time antique business and working in areas often unrelated to the needs of professionally handling an estate sales. While their intentions may be good, their efforts may fall very short of the potential.

IMG_4240Because of our size we are able to maintain a full time staff of true professionals with a very wide variety of experience. In addition we have a large group of well trained part time assistants who help with the basic clean up and organization. Each team member works in their area of expertise as well as assist those handling the general set up.  When we have more than one sale, the number of people helping with the sales increase so the experts can devote the same amount of attention to each sale.  That includes me.  I handle the critical aspects of every sale including identification of items, proper displays, marketing and, along with my fellow Certified Appraiser, Michael Mathews, the pricing.

Our team members have many years of experience in previous positions such as full profit and loss retail owners/managers, operation managers, business owners, direct sales reps, sales managers, sales trainer, furniture & accessories buyer, director of customer service, surplus & salvage liquidator, antique dealers, antique mall owners, antique & personal property appraisers, marketing manager, merchandiser, and a many other areas of expertise.

In addition, I have handled over 200 very successful estate sales in this area and operated two very successful antique malls.  My efforts and those of my estate sales team has been responsible for millions of dollars in sales.  No one else comes close to this level of experience and success.

Our business level comes from our PROVEN ability to successfully handle this large number of sales. The business level also provides us with the ability to provide employment for such a professional staff.

Every sale is given my devoted personal attention.  Our proven success is the proof of that.  Whether we are handling one sale or many, our efforts and results are second to none.  We prove that with each sale and that is the reason that family after family turn to us to handle their estate sale needs.
